I stopped by on a weeknight without high expectations, and I was pleasantly surprised. The place is neat, tidy, and smells wonderful as you enter. Service was prompt and courteous. My main course was cooked exactly how I requested, full of depth in every bite. Side dishes complemented the main perfectly. The drink menu has many interesting choices. Prices are affordable for the quality you receive. I would happily bring my coworkers here after work for a nice casual dinner

Food was delicious! I wasn’t able to take photos of everything 😅. I got the tonkatsu ramen and the komquat lemon drink and the crispy pork. We also ordered the spring rolls and my husband got the mixed meat udon and my son got the beef udon. Definitely going back! We were intrigued by the Smiski decor and the lovely lady there gave me one ❤️ Xiexie

Me and my boyfriend tried this place for the first time after passing by and thinking it looked like a good place, then after checking the reviews we decided to dine in! Cute little place & food was so good. Staff were very attentive and accommodating, and were able to work around a peanut allergy which we really appreciated. We got the tonkotsu ramen & the spicy dry tossed rice noodle with beef brisket, tripe, + intestine. Definitely would recommend both dishes. Noodles & meats were perfectly seasoned, and the ramen was well balanced & comforting! 🍜

We were on our way to the Chinese Lantern Festival, and I told my girlfriend I wanted to stop in Chinatown beforehand and get some authentic food. We got there a little after 6:00, so quite a few places had already closed, but thankfully Ji Bei Chuan was still open… and WOW. It did not disappoint. Everything was absolutely incredible. The flavors, the freshness, the spice, the dumplings… every single bite was so good. You could really tell everything was made with care, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. One of our servers was absolutely wonderful—so friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The other server seemed like she just didn’t want to be bothered, which is okay. It didn’t ruin the experience for me, but I wanted to be honest in my review. If I ever find myself in Chinatown again around dinner time and this place is open, I’m stopping here again without a second thought. The food alone is worth it.

We stopped for a late lunch. Their menu offer lots of options, even vegetarian. My husband and I both love ramen. Their’s didn’t disappoint. Their ramen was very good, flavorful and not salty. Very fresh ingredients. To my surprise the owner gave me a rose. It was the day before Valentine’s Day. We are definitely coming back for great food, friendly staff and fun atmosphere filled with photos of happy customers. If you have children, bring them.
